Breaking News! EMPLOVA Earns ESAC Accreditation

We are proud to announce we have earned an ESAC accreditation, the gold standard for PEO best practices and financial reliability. 

ESAC accreditation provides our clients with assurance that we are meeting the highest standards for financial stability, ethical business conduct and adherence to operational standards and regulatory requirement. This is a huge accomplishment for EMPLOVA; less than 5% of PEO’s have been able to attain this notable distinction. Additionally, it reinforces our core value of excellence in all that we do.

ESAC requires compliance with more than 40 industry best practices and quarterly verification of all key employer payments, including federal and state employment taxes, health and workers’ compensation premiums, and retirement plan contributions.

ESAC is managed by a board of directors that includes PEO industry attorneys, CPAs and independent directors representing more than 100 years of combined PEO industry regulatory experience. The independent directors make the final decisions regarding PEO accreditation and have been providing national standards for assurance since 1995.
